This tag, oh boy!! This tag is made literally by 4 different projects went bad all of them! …but mixed??’ uhm, i think it can work!
The first layer, is a tag I cut off from a foil cardstock – I covered the surface with a mix of Alcohol Inks but….meh didn’t like the result!
The second layer is the second attempt I made making THIS tag. I didn’t like the result the first time, so I thought I would make a new one, but then I ended up liking the first try better and…here we are!
The third layer is a piece of glassine paper that I also inked with alcohol Inks. In my head it was all perfect, but the results didn’t match my idea. I used a bunch of alcohol inks through an old dish sponge and then I stamped over the Poinsettia Stamp and embossed it with gold. Nope, didn’t like so I ripped it and crumpled and trashed away.
The last layer are the Tim Holtz Idea-ology SILVER STENCIL CHIPS th94018 which I first rubbed off with a fiber glass sponge and then added alcohol Inks. That layer is the only one I liked. I was struggling to make this tag, probably because I started playing with a specific idea, and when that happens 99% of the time the results aren’t what I’m imagining and I get frustrated. So i’ve step away from the project, watch a movie then came back and here’s the result.

And that’s all for today, If you have any questions, suggestions or if you want to let me know what  you think of this project, leave a message!

Stay happy , stay creative…Till next time!

Ciao Zoey
