For this week’s challenge, I decided to make a playful, snarky ATC duo featuring the Snarky Cat Halloween Stamp Set!

The background came together quickly, I blended Rusty Hinge and Forest Moss Distress Ink, with just a hint of Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide for a pop of contrast. To add some extra depth and interest, I stamped subtly over the background again with Rusty Hinge and Forest Moss.

For the focal point, I stamped the snarky cat using my stamp platform. After painting in the color, I stamped it again to sharpen up the edges, such a neat trick for crisp details! The stamp platform come so handy with that!

To finish things off, I added a small cluster for a bit more dimension, stitched around the edges for texture, and included one of the witty quotes from the same set…because what’s a Snarky Cat without a snarky sentiment?
