Here we are to a brand new challange over Simon Says Stamp!

This week’s theme over Simon Says Stamp Monday Challange is super easy! infact we only ask you to incorporate Numbers in your creations!
I made these two ATC and I used a stencil by Tim Holtz to add some numbers in the background.

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”2764″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]I started by making a background for my ATC – I used Distress Oxide. I simply added them to my craft sheet, added water and then pressed the ATC over it and I created my background making sure every layer was dry before adding the next layer.

It took me 4 times to achieve the backrgound. I have to point out that I used a lot of water in between layers.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”2766″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]I also used the same distress oxide ink to add some stamps to add some interest. Then with a tim holtz stencil I added numbers and words to create texture.
I wanted to keep these ATC pretty simple and plain, didn’t want to add too much texture because I also wanted to use a Script Font Dies and a butterfly as main focus of the ATC.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”2765″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]I used Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 38PK – Brush Lowercase Alphabet (Item #661686) to add the title FREE , i love this new Thinlits and I was so eager to finally use it in a project!
I also used Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 4PK – Detailed Butterflies, Mini (Item #661802). One layer is made with watercolor paper and a background made with distress oxide and the second layer is made with cardstock. I glued the two pieces together and added distress crackle paint to create some effect.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_gallery interval=”0″ images=”2767,2766,2765,2764,2763″ img_size=”large”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]
