CAS 224 – SCS Challange

Hello Crafters!
This is my entry for CAS Challange by Splitcoaststampers, we were supposed to make a card using the “tearing” or “distressing” technique, I used both.
I made the background with distress ink and water, I added then some modeling paste through the TCW 6×6 Stencil and let it dry.
I stamped over the background with some splashes stamps and I distressed the edges with the scissors.
For the sentiment part I created the background with Mister Huey’s color mist and baby wipes. I sprayed the color on my kraft sheet and applied the color with a baby wipe. I let it air dry then I stamped the sentiment with Archival Ink in Black.
I stapled it to my background and I added the tiny heart with some glossy accents.
I created this card with the “Let’s see where this goes” kinda of idea, I like the result.
I was brain dead mode-on as I was watching my friend Chiara working on her project, till this idea crossed my mind!

Stay Happy Stay Creative…till next time!

Ciao , Zoey
